    Looks like $2.825B for whatever nondescript asymmetric junk the U.S. calls broadband, of which $1B is earmarked for wireless. it's better than nothing and rightly targets rural america, where people currently pay $60/mo. with 5GB data transfer caps; but still, it doesn't spell out that the services need to be SYMMETRIC to spur service CREATION. So disappointing, but then, the so-called mighty free market did even worse. *sigh*
